Who publishes this

The Human Dispatch is published by Tight@Email / HugByte. This page, the issue, is a static web page.

What this page collects

On its own, this page sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the typefaces are served from this site. The one third-party request is Gumroad’s purchase script, described below. The web server that hosts the page may keep ordinary access logs (address, time, requested file) for security and operation, as web servers do.

Buying the complete edition

Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad. The purchase buttons open Gumroad’s sales page for the product in a window on top of this page. To make that possible, this page requests Gumroad’s script from gumroad.com once it has finished loading, which means your browser contacts Gumroad. The window itself shows Gumroad’s own page, which may set cookies and use analytics under Gumroad’s policies. Everything you enter there goes to Gumroad, not to us. Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase, receipt, taxes and any refund.

The free edition

The free edition, Three Emails Worth Keeping, is sent by email to people who sign up for THE SOLO ASSET // below. It is not offered as a direct download from this site.

THE SOLO ASSET // newsletter

Signing up is optional and is how you receive the free edition. If you subscribe, your email address is sent from this page to Tight@Email’s own newsletter server. We use it to send you one confirmation email (double opt-in) and, once you confirm, the free edition and the occasional emails with practical ideas, tools and new publications that you signed up for. Nothing is sent before you confirm.

• The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming by email.
• Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
• We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• We do not sell your address or give it to anyone else for their own use.

About the examples

The senders, businesses and results in the book and on this page are fictional and written to illustrate editorial choices. They are not case studies, and nothing here promises any particular open rate, sale or income.

Terms of sale

The complete edition is a digital product delivered as a download after payment, sold through Gumroad. The price shown on this page is in US dollars; the total at checkout is shown before you pay and may include taxes. The terms of the sale, including refunds, are those shown at Gumroad’s checkout and on the product page at the time you buy.
